Return and Refund Policy

We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging or hygiene seal has been opened or removed, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights provided under applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.

 

 

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

نقبل طلبات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب. يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة أو مرتداة، وبحالتها الأصلية، مع وجود جميع الملصقات والتغليف الأصلي، كما يلزم تقديم ما يثبت عملية الشراء.

لأسباب صحية، لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع الملابس الداخلية والمنتجات الشخصية بعد فتح العبوة الأصلية أو إزالة غلاف الحماية، إلا إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو تم إرسال منتج غير صحيح.

إذا وصل الطلب تالفًا أو معيبًا أو مختلفًا عما تم طلبه، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، مع إرسال رقم الطلب وصور واضحة للمنتج. سنقوم باستبداله أو رد قيمته دون أي تكلفة إضافية.

يتم رد المبالغ المعتمدة من خلال وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وقد تختلف مدة ظهور المبلغ حسب البنك أو مقدم خدمة الدفع.

لا تؤثر هذه السياسة على الحقوق المقررة للمستهلك بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية.
